Backed by Bowmark Capital and Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), Littlefish (£68.9 million of revenue in 2024, East Midlands / ENG), an IT services company providing IT consulting, cloud, and cybersecurity services in the UK, acquires Stripe OLT (South West / ENG), a managed IT and cybersecurity services company offering services such as 24/7 monitoring, cloud support, Microsoft solutions, and IT consulting. Acquisition: Suma Capital invests €1 million in artificial intelligence software developer Optimitive

Suma Capital has invested €1 million in Optimitive (Basque Autonomous Community / ESP), a company that designs artificial intelligence software to control and optimize industrial processes in real time in order to reduce energy and resource consumption. Suma Capital’s investment complements a €5 million Series A funding round, in which Cemex and TITAN Cement Group also participated. Acquisition: Orthopedic surgical instrument manufacturer Arbutus Medical raises CAD 3.9 million

Arbutus Medical (British Columbia / CAN), a company that designs and manufactures orthopedic surgical tools and sterile procedure kits, incorporating solutions such as the TrakPak skeletal traction kit and the HEX drilling kit, and converting commercial drills into approved surgical devices through its proprietary DrillCover technology to improve the sterility and durability of equipment for a wide range of orthopedic procedures, raises CAD 3.9 million in a funding round led by Crédit Mutuel Equity, with participation from the CU Healthcare Innovation Fund, existing investors Nimbus Synergies, ThresholdImpact, Consortium MEDTEQ+, GenomeBC and other historical investors.
