As part of a strategic acquisition operation, Priveq acquires a majority stake in Sensec (€170 million of revenue in 2025, Uppland / SWE), a company specializing in advanced security solutions, offering detection systems, consulting, training, and services for airports, defense, authorities, and critical infrastructure. The shares of Sensec were sold by the historical shareholder Transfer Group (Uppland / SWE), a company that develops and markets security systems, including closed-circuit television systems, access control systems, alarms, and detection equipment.
