As part of an MBO, VR Equitypartner acquires a minority stake in 1AVista Reisen (c. €50 million of revenue in 2025, North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a tour operator specializing in organizing river cruises, maritime cruises, and guided tours, mainly in Europe and Egypt. The current management reinvests in the company, while the founder fully sells his stake and retires. Altor Equity Partners announces the acquisition of Eltera Gruppen (c. NOK 2 billion of revenue in 2025, Eastern Norway / NOR), a group of companies specializing in electrical installation services, offering comprehensive services ranging from design to maintenance for public, industrial, and residential clients. The acquisition was made from Valedo Partners, the majority shareholder of the group since 2022. Henkel (€20.4 billion of revenue in 2025, North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a manufacturer and distributor of beauty, cleaning, and household products, as well as adhesives, acquires OLAPLEX ($423 million of revenue in 2025, California / USA), a company that develops branded hair care products for professionals and the general public. This operation allows Henkel to strengthen its Consumer Brands division.
