Gamut Capital Management announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Acousti Engineering Company (Florida / USA), a construction company specializing in interior finishes (acoustic ceilings, walls, floors, and insulation systems), offering integrated solutions for commercial projects aimed at optimizing the quality, cost, and performance of buildings. This transaction marks the exit of Ardian, the majority shareholder of the company since 2020. Acquisition: Argos Fund acquires the domestic hygiene products manufacturer RELEVI

Argos Fund, via Argos Climate Action, acquires a majority stake in RELEVI (c. €90 million of revenue in 2024, Lombardy / ITA), a company specialized in the manufacture of household hygiene and home deodorization products for private label brands. The acquisition was made from ProA Capital, the majority shareholder since 2021, who will remain a minority shareholder in the company. Karnell acquires a 98% stake in flex7 (c. £9 million of revenue in 2025, South East / ENG), a company that designs and manufactures modular and prefabricated lighting connection and control systems for commercial and industrial environments, with a product range that includes plug-and-play solutions as well as wireless control options tailored to a variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, public spaces, retail, and transport. Apax Partners, via Apax Digital Fund, invested $60 million in MillTech (London / ENG), a fintech company that develops and provides institutional clients with automated solutions for foreign exchange (FX) risk management and treasury, enabling companies and investors to optimize their financial operations, reduce costs, and access institutional solutions for currency and liquidity management.
