Ardian announces the sale of its majority stake in NETCO (€181 million of revenue in 2021, Nouvelle-Aquitaine / FRA), a company specializing in the maintenance of conveyor systems, including the distribution of conveyor belts, the design and assembly of conveyors, as well as critical technical services to ensure the continuity of industrial operations. As part of the transaction, Eurazeo takes over from Ardian as the new majority shareholder, alongside the founders, who are significantly reinvesting and retaining a minority stake. With the resources and expertise of Eurazeo, this operation allows NETCO to accelerate its international growth and consolidation strategy in a still fragmented market.
