Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) announces the acquisition of BUKO Group (c. €70 million of revenue in 2023, South Holland / NLD), a group that provides advice, solutions, and services in the design, management, safety, and maintenance of road infrastructure. GBL will support BUKO’s organic growth as well as its future acquisitions. This operation marks the exit of Abenex, a minority shareholder since December 2021, which helped ESCG become a reference school in accounting expertise professions in France.
