Owned by Beyond Capital Partners, ECD International (€12.5 million of revenue in 2023, Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), a holistic communication agency offering brand management, live marketing, communication, creation, customer relations, and customer relationship management (CRM) programs, acquires a majority stake in SC Media House (Bavaria / DEU), an influencer marketing agency that supports brands in creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns by leveraging content creators and social networks. Add-on: Difagri acquires the manufacturer of aromatic substances and supplements for animal nutrition Dietagro

Owned by Frenchfood Capital and supported by Unexo, Difagri, which is part of Bharal Développement (€44 million of revenue in 2025, Pays de la Loire / FRA), a company specialized in the production and distribution of a range of nutritional products for livestock, acquires Dietagro (€5 million of revenue in 2025, Pays de la Loire / FRA), a manufacturer of aromatic substances, supplements, and premixes based on plants and plant extracts for animal nutrition. The operation was supported by a debt provided by Banque Populaire Grand Ouest (BPGO), Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine, and Caisse d’Épargne Bretagne Pays de la Loire (CEBPL). The merger between Dietagro and Difagri allows the Bharal Développement group to accelerate its diversification and strengthen its production capacities. The group now consists of the brands Difagri, Alinova, and Dietagro, making it a French leader in dietetics and nutritional supplements for livestock (Frenchfood Capital, press release)

Exit: Exosens acquires the company specialized in infrared imaging Emberion

Present in the portfolio of Groupe HLD and Five Arrows (FAPI), Exosens (€394 million of revenue in 2024, Nouvelle-Aquitaine / FRA), a company specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of optronic components for the detection and intensification of low light levels (photodetection), acquires Emberion (€0.7 million of revenue in 2025, Uusimaa / FIN), a technology company that develops and manufactures advanced infrared sensors and cameras, based notably on nanomaterials, intended for applications such as industrial vision, surveillance, automotive, and scientific imaging. This transaction allows the majority shareholder Tesi, as well as other historical shareholders, including Verso Capital and Nidoco AB, to sell their stake in Emberion.
