Acquisition: 3i Group invests in the laboratory specialized in dietary supplements Nutergia

3i Group acquires a majority stake of 51% in Nutergia (c. €48 million of revenue in 2024, Occitania / FRA), a laboratory specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of dietary supplements and micronutrition solutions aimed at improving health and well-being. The founders of Nutergia remain minority shareholders by retaining a 49% stake. Acquisition: DBAG acquires environmental planning project developer TNL Group

Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), through DBAG ECF IV, has acquired a majority stake in TNL Group (c. €30 million of revenue in 2025, Hesse / DEU), a company that advises on and delivers environmental planning projects, providing tailored solutions in the fields of energy, transport infrastructure, species and nature conservation, spatial planning, land use, ecological accounting, and flood protection. Acquisition: The quantum technology company Quobly raises €115 million in a Series A funding round

Quobly (c. €10 million of revenue in 2024, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes / FRA), a company that uses semiconductor processes to develop industrial and scalable quantum computers, raises €115 million in a Series A funding round led by Bpifrance (through Deeptech 2030), SEALSQ, and STMicroelectronics, with participation from the European Innovation Council Fund (EIC Fund), Blast Club (Blast.Club), Air Liquide Venture Capital (ALIAD), as well as historical investor Innovacom. The transaction was supported by banking partners including BNP Paribas Développement, Bpifrance Financement, Caisse d’Épargne Rhône-Alpes (CERA), and Société Générale (Financing). This fundraising will allow Quobly to accelerate the industrialization and commercialization of its silicon-based quantum computers, thereby strengthening its position in the European quantum computing market (Bpifrance, press release)
