Acquisition: H.I.G. Capital acquires the civil engineering services provider TERRAS

H.I.G. Capital acquires a majority stake in TERRAS Holding (c. €500 million of revenue in 2025, Rhineland-Palatinate / DEU), a provider of engineering and construction services for critical infrastructures, specializing notably in civil engineering, public works, railway construction, and business succession management for SMEs in the construction sector. The co-founders, along with the entire management team, are reinvesting alongside H.I.G. Capital on this occasion. This transaction marks the exit of Auctus Capital Partners, the former majority shareholder who helped the company reach approximately €500 million in revenue, thanks to a ‘Buy-and-Build’ strategy. Acquisition: G Square Capital extends its investment in the online pharmacy Pharmacy2U

Shareholder since 2018, G Square Capital announces that it has closed a single-asset continuation vehicle of £500 million to continue its investment in Pharmacy2U (ChemistDirect) (£334 million of revenue in 2025, London / ENG), an online pharmacy that manages repeat prescriptions for the public health system, delivers medications to homes, and also offers private medical consultations, as well as health products. This operation also includes the reinvestment of G Square Capital IV, several historical shareholders, and the management team. This vehicle is intended to finance the next phase of growth for Pharmacy2U, notably through acquisitions, strengthening its technological and automation capabilities, as well as expanding its clinical service offerings (G Square Capital, press release)

Backed by FIELDS Group, OAZ/Equivalence Group (Zeeland / NLD), a consulting group specializing in human resources and social security regulation, assisting organizations in optimizing social systems, managing payroll costs and risks related to social protection, while relying on technological solutions dedicated to compliance and employer performance, acquires Jobport (North Brabant / NLD), a provider of software solutions dedicated to employability, professional reintegration, talent mobility, and career guidance, offering an integrated platform combining diagnostics, networking, and career path management. Acquisition: 65 Equity Partners invests in the real estate project management company Theop

65 Equity Partners signs a minority investment in Theop (€150 million of revenue in 2025, Île-de-France / FRA), a provider of real estate consulting and project management services, including design, coordination, and supervision of real estate work as well as real estate acquisition services. This strategic partnership aims to finance Theop’s organic growth and targeted acquisitions, as well as support its digitization and artificial intelligence initiatives. As part of the transaction, Florac, an existing minority shareholder since 2021, reinvests alongside 65 Equity Partners, while the founders retain control of the company’s shareholding (65 Equity Partners, press release)
