Acquisition: ECI Partners acquires the political data analysis company Helio Intelligence

ECI Partners announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Helio Intelligence (£15.8 million of revenue in 2024, London / ENG), a group that provides real-time analysis, information, and political intelligence. As part of the transaction, Bowmark Capital, a shareholder since 2023, exits the shareholding of Helio Intelligence, while Bridgepoint remains involved by reinvesting as a minority shareholder alongside ECI Partners. Owned by Main Capital Partners and supported by Viking Growth (formerly Viking Venture), Xait (NOK 103.6 million of revenue in 2023, Western Norway / NOR), a company that provides businesses with solutions allowing multiple users worldwide to simultaneously write on the same document, acquires SAE (Bavaria / DEU), a company that develops software solutions for variant management and configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) processes, focusing on the digitalization and control of sales of investment goods and complex engineering products, integrated with ERP, CRM, PLM, PIM, and CAD systems. Add-on: Deutsche Private Equity acquires the communication technology solutions provider NTA Gruppe

Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) announces the acquisition of a majority stake in NTA Gruppe (c. €60 million of revenue in 2025, Rhineland-Palatinate / DEU), a company that offers communication and security technology solutions, ranging from telephone systems to complete communication platforms. The acquisition was made from Adiuva Capital, with debt financing provided by Adams Street Partners. With its 360 employees spread across nine sites in Germany and Luxembourg, the group supports businesses, healthcare institutions, public entities, and critical infrastructures with security, communication, and IT infrastructure services.
