Synaforce acquires the cloud infrastructure managed services provider Fairbanks

Backed by Afinum, Synaforce (ex Hartl Group) (€35.7 million of revenue in 2024, Bavaria / DEU), a company specializing in cloud infrastructure and managed services, acquires Fairbanks (Utrecht / NLD), a provider of managed services and consulting in open source private cloud infrastructures, specializing in technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Ceph, assisting European organizations in managing, optimizing, and ensuring the sovereignty of their IT environments. This transaction marks the exit of Pride Capital Partners, which since 2021, has supported Fairbanks’ transformation from a consultancy-focused model to a recurring managed services offering. Groupe Office Automation acquires the cybersecurity company Five Nines

Backed by Amethis, Groupe Office Automation (c. €45 million of revenue in 2024, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the provision and integration of office and IT solutions, including printing systems, document management, and IT infrastructures aimed at optimizing the operational processes of organizations, acquires Five Nines (€7 million of revenue in 2025, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in managed cybersecurity services, cloud architecture consulting, and the implementation of detection, response, and security incident orchestration solutions, notably through SOC and DevSecOps environments. The operation relies on structured financing involving Caisse d’Épargne Île-de-France, BRED Banques Populaires, and LCL. This transaction marks the exit of TowerBrook Capital Partners, which supported the company for eight years in its growth and development.
