Acquisition: Volpi Capital acquires the SAP document archiving specialist, KGS Software

Volpi Capital becomes the majority shareholder of KGS Software (Hesse / DEU), a company specializing in the development of management and document archiving software compatible with SAP software packages. As part of the transaction, the former majority shareholder GENUI retains a minority stake in the company. With the arrival of Volpi Capital as the majority shareholder, KGS Software gains the financial and strategic support necessary to accelerate its international expansion, particularly in the United States, and strengthen its position as a leader in data archiving within the SAP ecosystem (Volpi Capital, press release)

Add-on: The leader in road monitoring solutions Safety21 acquires Colaboración Administrativa para Seguridad Vial

Owned by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU Partners) and supported by HAT, Safety21 (€55.6 million of revenue in 2024, Lazio / ITA), a technology company that develops and provides a cloud-based platform offering advanced road safety management solutions and services for public authorities and police forces, acquires a minority stake in Colaboración Administrativa para Seguridad Vial (CASV) (Andalusia / ESP), a company specializing in public revenue management services for local authorities, including tax management, collection, and processing of fines and administrative sanctions. CASV is a former subsidiary of Grupo CGI (Catalonia / ESP), a provider of specialized tax collaboration services for local administrations, optimizing public revenue management, tax inspection, collection, and processing of fines and sanctions. This transaction will allow Safety21 to strengthen its presence in the Spanish market and accelerate the deployment of its integrated European platform dedicated to road safety, smart mobility, and GovTech solutions. The agreement also includes an option for Safety21 to acquire a majority stake in the future, while CASV will retain its current management team while benefiting from the technologies, resources, and operational infrastructure of the Italian group (BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital, press release)

Acquisition: Siparex supports the acquisition of the lifting services company Adekma by Scales to create the new group SCALES-ADEKma

Siparex, through its France Nucléaire 2 fund, supports the company specialized in exceptional transport, heavy lifting, industrial handling, and project engineering for critical sectors, Scales (Île-de-France / FRA), in the acquisition of Adekma Levage (Pays de la Loire / FRA), a company that provides lifting services, heavy handling, and industrial transfer, by offering rental of mobile cranes, truck cranes, and trucks equipped with auxiliary crane arms and handling industrial relocation, machine movement, and exceptional transport. The operation allows Scales and Adekma to combine their expertise in the new group SCALES-ADEKma to create a French leader in complex lifting, handling, and transport operations serving strategic industrial sectors, and for Siparex to support the growth of this new entity by becoming its minority reference shareholder (Siparex, press release)

Owned by Main Capital Partners, UnameIT (Utrecht / NLD), a company specializing in software development for the automotive sector that offers solutions aimed at optimizing all commercial processes of dealerships, acquires Auto IT (Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a developer and provider of IT solutions for car dealerships, including sales and customer relationship management software, a major used car portal, customized websites for dealerships, digital marketing tools, data services, business intelligence, and compliance solutions. This operation marks UnameIT’s second complementary transaction since its partnership with Main Capital Partners, accelerating its expansion in the Nordic market after successful consolidation in the Benelux.
