Advent International Corporation, leading a consortium of investors including HarbourVest Partners, acquires FNZ Bank (Bavaria / DEU), a bank that provides securities custody services, portfolio management, deposit administration, and platform solutions for banks, insurers, financial advisors, and asset managers. The acquisition was made from FNZ Group (£317 million of revenue in 2024, London / ENG), a financial technology company that develops an integrated wealth management platform enabling banks, insurers, asset managers, and financial advisors to digitize all their investment and wealth management activities.
